This page explains how to delete your ResumeMatch AI by BiZsight Limited account and data. You can do it at any time, in two ways:
What we delete and what we keep
We delete: your account, resumes, tailored versions, tracked applications, interview data, your market and country preference and your profile.
We keep: payment transaction records for 7 years for legal and accounting reasons. They contain your user ID, amount, currency, payment reference, plan, status, date and the country code of your IP address. Data already received by Google Analytics and Google Ads is kept under Google's own retention settings.
Option 1 — Delete instantly (recommended)
Sign in, open Settings and tap Delete Account. Your account, resumes, tailored versions, tracked applications and profile are permanently deleted. Payment records are kept as described above.
Open the appOption 2 — Request deletion by email
We complete email requests within 30 days.
